A friend (who obviously knows my weakness) sent me a rockin' easy recipe for homemade cream puffs and may I just say - YUM! They are SO good - and I was able to use my Kitchen Aid for the first time, which - um, I may be having a slight love affair with - it is amazing! (Thanks Rob!)
I've had a few people ask for the recipe - instead of typing it, here's the link! I leave you with this ... Mmmm! (Mine were a little darker than the ones in the link above but they were SO good!)

The old Betty Crocker cookbook has the recipe. I used to make them quite often to take to gatherings. People were always impressed but they are so easy.
Now, I'm sure you'll make them often as well. Enjoy.
