McDonald's?

I'd be lying if I told you I don't swing by the drive-thru every so often to get fries and a coke. However, I'd also be lying if I told you I'll continue to do that. Check this out.

Oh, that is disgusting. I have to confess, I've been into health for quite some time now and can't remember when I ate a hamburger last (at any fast food joint).
I use to be a size 16 - and now am able to maintain a size 4. PTL!

That's awesome!! I grew up all about health and good eating habits, but I rebel a bit now that I'm "grown up" -- not too much though. Fries are my weakness. And all desserts! I just run a little extra on those days :)

Yes. I truly believe "all things in moderation" to be the key - along with exercise (in moderation as well). To have a few french fries occasionally isn't all bad. It's better for me to do that than to feel deprived.

P.S. I forgot to tell you that I told my husband about your post. In fact, we talked about it again today.

Wow Gin, that's crazy! Nellie, that's awesome. I hope you share that success story with those who need that kind of encouragement.
