I was almost done making this...

...and then my machine jammed. Now I'm stuck. I took it apart. Piece by piece. It still will not work. I'm sad. :(

I LOVE that fabric, it is so pretty. I am sorry to hear about your sewing machine, how frustrating!!! Can you take it back, is it still new enough to take it to the store or does it have a manufacturer warranty? What a bummer, SOOOO close, it still looks beautiful, you are quite the sewing lady!

I love that, so pretty! Can you get your machine serviced? Mine (very old) keeps acting up but it usually works well after a servicing for a bit. You are doing so lovely things!

I'm going to call Singer at lunch today. When I read reviews on the machine last night 12/16 people had the SAME problem, so it's not just me and I'm not crazy. I took the thing apart last night and couldn't find ANYTHING wrong with it. I was feeling like it'd lost my mind! Err. I'll break out my old one to finish this little project then go from there.

Sorry your machine broke, but wow, are you crafty! I love the quilts and purses. Impressed.

It looks great so far!! You've inspired to actually finish the one I've been working on!

I wish I could sew like that. I love the pattern too.
